The Thomson Project is located near the southern margin of the Thomson Orogen nearby the interpreted contact with the Lachlan Fold Belt and the Delamerian Orogen and gives shareholders a Belt Scale Exploration Opportunity (5,500km2). 

Legacy Minerals considers the project to potentially host large to giant end-member deposits and includes a multitude of walk-up drill targets. 

These include F3 (350Mt magnetic body size), Cut-A (180Mt magnetic body size), and F17 (170Mt magnetic body size).
