Announcement PDF 16 May 2025 Retraction- Free Peg of Nationally Significant Ni-Co Deposit (13/05/2025) Legacy Minerals Holdings Limited (ASX: LGM, “LGM”, “the Company”, or “Legacy Minerals”) released an announcement titled “Free Peg of Nationally Significant Ni-Co Deposit” on 13 May 2025 (Announcement). ASX Listing Rule 5.8 The Announcement contained disclosure of Mineral Resources Estimates (“MRE”) for which JORC Code 2012 Table 1 information is required under Listing Rule 5.8. As there was no disclosure of JORC Code 2012 Table 1 information, the Company is making a full retraction of the Announcement. The JORC Code 2012 Table 1 information was not disclosed because the Company did not consider that Listing Rule 5.8 applied to the Announcement. The Company has not had the opportunity to review the MRE and provide a Competent Persons Statement and JORC Code 2012 Table 1. At the current time, the Company does not intend to re-state the MRE until a JORC Code 2012 Table 1 can be provided.
